Welcome to the first issue of \u201cWhat\u2019s Hot\u201d, a brand new fun initiative on DNO designed to highlight various aspects of Dominica\u2019s colorful culture. It also aims to promote and give some sort of recognition to the various talents of locals, both young and old.<\/p>\n
