\"\"<\/a>\u201cI don\u2019t know what go through my head,\u201d is what Job Stevens told Chief Magistrate Evelina Baptiste during his mitigation plea, after pleading guilty to shoplifting a $190 worth DVD player from Blue Sky Home Center on Cross Street, Roseau.<\/p>\n

Stevens, who walked into the said store, picked up the DVD player and walked out of store without paying, was sentenced to pay the sum of $850 by October 20 2010 or in default will spend \u00a0five months in prison.<\/p>\n

The DVD player was recovered and ordered to be returned to the owner. The incident occurred on May 5, 2010 at 11:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

According to the court, Stevens has previous convictions similar to his present offense.<\/p>\n
