Every Creole Friday Springfield Guesthouse hosts a delicious buffet creole lunch. The person who took this picture chose a watercress salad, avocado farine balls, codfish, fish coubouillion, breadfruit croquettes and fried plantain slices among the may other options to choose from. Have a happy Friday!

    I have 2 questions:

    A) what is this next to the fry plantain, avocado and salt fish sauce?

    b) What are these balls made of.

Please do not chew my head for asking….my gift is not in the kitchen… :) :) :)
