I walked that path so many times on my way to Tafia River reservoir, the source of the Capuchin water supply. I never had a hint of what was above or below me. Thanks Elton for that photo.
Dominica, beautiful & mysterious Island. great photo
The northern tip of Dominica is called Capuchin.
I would like to know how this photo was taken. Beautiful by the way.
Looks like this photo was taken by a camera mounted on a Drone. Be careful what you do in your backyard….”Big Brother” is watching.
I may be wrong but this area looks like Capuchin.
I thought Cashacou was Scotts Head?
nice….but checking out this big gap there,I hope its not erosion or effects of a tremor. The owner of that red roof house should be careful
I thought that Cashacou was in the South . great picture though.
This picture bring back fond memories of my trip to Dominica last month. My wife and I went to that spot at the Waitikuli National Trail (the clearing at the tip). This is a perfect spot for a picnic. Great view of one of the French islands in the distance. Only thing is getting there – lots of going up and down hills and sharp turns in the road.
This is one of my favorite spots in DA.
I supposed you meant capuchin. Because cashacou is Scott’s Head and it’s all the way down south.
southern tip not northern, please correct
Come on!! What is wrong with the dissemination of truthful/factual information?
My child had to observe…is it “CAPUCHIN”??…or Cashacou??(correct spelling?)
I thought the most northern tip of Dominica was Capuchin; hence the saying Capuchin (north) to Cashacou (south). Please correct your labelling. Thanks
Please note that the northern tip is not Cashacou! This is the term for Scotts Head!
DNO check out the map of Dominica. Cashacou is in the south.
correct me if am wrong cashcou is scott head?
