Sorry for the loss of life sympathy to his family. I hope speeding wasn’t the cause of the accident.

RIp. I am surprised that it does not happen too often. Same happens in Tortola . Driving is reckless ; especially scooters and motorbikes . I have seen it for myself ! Dominica is not that big. Slowdown !

When things like this happen we need to pray even more for guidance and protection in our land. Some parts of the roads are crooked and bumpy. In so many areas we have broken pavements. All drivers should be very cautious on the road. And use the horn on the vehicle. Really sorry to hear of this tragic accident. May the Lord bring comfort to the grieving loved ones.

I’m not attacking you or anything, honest question, what do you think leaders can do?
Traffic laws? people still going to do what they want.

Why blame the leaders? They speed on the road like showoff idiots and you to blame leaders for careless and reckless drivers.

@jihan …. Alas, poor pity….I forgive your ignorance. People die by accidents all over the world every minute of the day. Dominica is not doomed nor is it cursed. The devil is everywhere and if you allow it to control your emotions, it will.

A lot of bad news from Dominica and sadly the majority of them are our young brothers. I will not say anything about curse because our pastors don’t believe in that. However I believe it is fear to say that from the day our pastors dedicated Dominica to “jesus” according to them, things have been going really bad which leads me to question if their jesus dedicated it to satan after he got knighted.

Off topic, and I accept your point, but…your pastor doesnt think for you you know. Not because your pastor doesn’t believe in something means you don’t believe in it either.

Your pastor has his brain and reasoning skills and you have yours.

I concur SN. It is so sad to see so many of our young men are just losing their lives so senselessly. The enemy seem to be targeting the core of our society but we are so tangled in other things that we can’t see. so many hurting parents. Lord put a hand, save our sons and daughters by extension.

Take a look at the photos of all the young men you speak about, what do they have in common. We bring evil upon ourselves and blame others;.

We should be working to improve driver skills, knowledge and attitudes. Ensure all drivers and vehicles are licensed and safe, and bringing in laws to make roads safer. Far too many people are dying on the roads, with the increase of motor vehicles on our roads.

@SN, was he insurred with ur company and you looking for a way to not pay? Man that’s ridiculous! An accident happened involving a bike and a Suzuki and first thing you noticed is tire smooth? How do you see smoothness of tire?

Why is it that no follow-up is ever published on most of these accidents by DNO. They should have a column which deals with follow-up stories.

ADMIN: Fair point. Please understand that we publish news, which must be verified reports such as police releases. Even if the information is on social media we may not be able to run that information if it is not verified.

I am sorry for your loss and i will remind us daily to be ready for we never know our appointed time. It may sound harsh but it is true. Many people will see death but not many will be prepared. Please, be prepared.
This preparation determines your eternal future.
May The king of kings comfort the families and friends of both the deceased and injured.
Bless the lord! Praise Him in everything!
