Just saddened over the situation. Such a young and promising individual could have lost his life in such a tragic manner. A vehicle overtaking another crashed right into Mr. Delmar and his life was no more. May his soul rest in peace.

This overtaking is a bad thing. They are always in a hurry. Many times some drivers try to overtake and it causes a collision, injuries and death. If only the driver would have waited. This bad action will cause that driver much regret. The driver will have to bear the consequences of this negligence.
