VRAI ? SAI BOR ALOR ! TOUT BETEH CAH VENIR VIT . TOUT MOUN CAH VENIR AH LA PAYE NOUS . SAY OR BOR BETEH ZOR CA FEH DE LA DOMINIQUE ……..MWEH VERY HAPPY
Liat watch out, you all making people see too much misery when traveling on you guys.Either flight delay, our your baggage lost.It was about time you guys get this kind of competion. They should travel all over the carrbean.
Amen to that. Try adding Puerto Rico and Antigua next. Unfortunately right now it is a French based route that they are instituting. DA is probably only included because it is along the pathway.
Who wouldwant to sit on a boat for soo long like cargo when I can travel on LIAT, American Eagle or CAL give me a break. I am not a box of bannanas. Dominicans have been treated like cargo too much.
Are you on crack?
The French is refusing entry to a Dominican owned Fast Ferry which is soon to be lunched—–I say if no Dominica Ferry to the French islands then NO more French ferry to Dominica;our government need to take a firm stand.
1/ I doubt the French would refuse access to a Dominican Ferry provided of course it is sea worthy.
2/ Why link a Dominican ferry to the French islands when there are now already 2 on these routes. Why not have the Dominican ferry sail on unexisting routes (Antigua, St Maarten, Barbados….)
Entering the French market routes for a Dominican ferry would be a very big mistake :
– It will not take enough customers from the existing market and competition to survive,
– It will take enough customers from Express des Iles for them to reduce their sailings, and will eventually cancel Dominican stops
Everybody will be crying.
Very bad idea ..
finally more options to travel.. now as for expanding the option is always open to have an intra regional ferry. it may not be cost effective to run a fast ferry service but if you were to research you would see that there are larger ferries that are ble to make the regional run
i remember when it use to be just ‘caribbean express’ and ‘madekera’ now it have all kind… i can’t keep up no more lol
Yeah I to I am waiting on the Trinidad and Tobago initiative it is ashame it was not a CARICOM or OECS initiative coming out of one space policy for World Cup cricket and the inter travel problems that exist. Well boy it would seem that it is Federal Maple and Federal Palm in a faster body I hope – that will just be great!!
so our people can go easier..more routes so the euro can flow and i can bling……..
why dont they expand am living in the B.V.I.and would be coming home more liat killing me with over weight.
that is some thing the company need to think of
ship your stuff on the boat to Dominica, then travel light (less stuff dragging around) on Liat
Then when it reach in customs… Is a arm and a leg to clear your OWN STUFF
dont you know of AIr BVI? There is a new one coming in December it is air Sunshine.
make use of those two.
well that is very good, will they be hiring dominicans or only french people. that would not be fare game it should be mix
If you were keeping up to date you would have read that they were training Dominicans to be employed
what is not fair is that there are dominicans sitting of huge sums of money and do not see it fit to invest in such a thriving sector. you think is two tickets the hucsters buying in a year plus other travellers.
A good thing 4 Portsmouth boy.
well done.good job.i can now pay less to the neighbouring islands.st lucia should be in the shedule too…
Do not forget St Lucia has Express serving them!
what d french countries? we want to go other places
well in that case, get ur own ferry . then you’llgo where u want
well tell our people who are sitting on all them millions to invest in that sector too. buy ferry boats too.
That great news for the people coming to DA
from these island. well done
Great news, more options for travellers between de islands.
I think they should try to have a ferry service from Antigua & Barbados to give us an alternative to flying liat.
I love this.If this happens, I know that LIAT will be lowering their fares
First time you write something that making sence.
You guys are soo foolish, The waves that the ferries sail on are worse than the winds that LIAT fly on. When the seas are high, the ferries would not be able endorse you an airline ticket, all in all, you’ll still be stranded in Dominica or on some other island for weeks nwhile LIAT will move their passengers way in time. What we need are sea borne airplanes that can land on the sea. The caribbean is to vulnerable for Airlines to operate and you guys are soo blind to see that. Dominican are naion that like to hold malice ove simple things rather than being understanding. Sometmes i’m just ashmed of your thinking, we make the whole caribbean laugh at us when we make silly comments at the airports.
You mentioning about the danger of waves and you are advocating for ” sea planes”. You need to broaden your thinking! A regularly scheduled ferry service from the other islands, along with air access is a great thing for the pocket of the individual, the Country and the companies.
my brotha, shud ur A$$.. Majjy u talking
I hope you are not from d/a and talking so eh, ok.
I do’t see the reason why Dominicans re mixing air service with sea service? If there are tropical depressions we still going to suffer. We really need options out of Dominic to see that no only LIAThas problems. Dominicans should be impressing on Government for an International Airport to see that larger airlines have more problems than LIAT. i DONT CARE WHO HATE MY COMMENTS BUT no serice can compete with LIAT.
True! It would not hurt to include one to and from Puerto Rico either.
can a fast ferry travel that distance?there are ferry boats going to and from st thomas and BVI and they do not go to puerto rico.
Yeah I noticed that! Just yesterday when I saw it from my house I was wondering if there was a new shuttle service, or if the current existing shuttle service just got a new paint job.
And now I know!
Trinidad is coming wif an inter island one, dat will be operating from guyana to jamaica, i reallllyyyy waiting on dat one
so why not from trinidad to jamaica, what kinda story you giving people their noh.
