A man from Dominica has reportedly committed suicide in Antigua, according to media reports from that island.
The man has been identified as Fred Joseph, also known as Clem, from Fond Cole.
According to reports on October 12, the 46-year-old man was found lying outside his house in Hatton, Antigua.
Lawmen say a bottle of brake fluid as well as a bottle of rum was found next to his body.
According to media reports Joseph had a pending sexual matter in court involving a child.
The case was to be called on October 9 but he was a no show and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
Based on the warrant he was expected to appear in court on October 13.
Media reports incidate that a suicide note was found in his home.
The exact cause of death is to be determined by a post mortem.

Use a little bit of commen sence before saying what ever comes to our mouths. Not only dominican men sexually assualt and rape …This happens all over the world ,in every religion or race.Here ,where I live,parents rape,kill,abuse physically and prostitute their own children.Children are stolen ,raped by many in paedophile chains by grown men because finally the secrets are being put out .
In america two mentally handicap minors were accused of murder ,they were freed after spending 30 years in prison ,this was done only after the real murderer confided to a friend while he was in prison..in other words these minors were innocent.
We must also think that if we don’t die prematurely or early we can all be accused of of something that we didn’t do.This man was only accused ,he had to be judged,he committed suicide and the course of justice has ended.We will never know whether he was guilty or not..We have family and the same thing can happen to them.What goes around comes around…nonetheless i have never said that this man was guilty nor was he innocent.Why should some people choose to speak in such a cruel manner when we have no proof of this man’s guilt.The bible quote’s ” if you cannot love those that you can see ,how can you love me that you have never seen?
A child? Our Lord said, “Whoever causes one of these little ones to sin, it is better that a millstone be hung around his neck and he be thrown into the deep sea.”
No wonder he took the easy way out but it is not always an easy way out especially in this case. It is a sad end. He was ashamed and could not face the earthly music of his actions. It could have been certain imprisonment.
What about the eternal one? All I can state may his soul rest in peace. Only God and that soul know where it is.
People accept Jesus before it is too late, these end time days are gonna test our faith, courage, morals, ethics and strength. If we do not know (I am not talking about head knowledge, but heart) God for ourselves we are going to be very vulnerable to the enemy. That man in question, must have believed–like most people who commit suicide–that running away from his body would be the perfect solution–but that is not true. For he left his body, but his soul will continue in Eternity. controlled by the carnal mind condition–the enemy of God–that state of mind which caused him to run from his body in the first place, because of its process and products that only gratified his flesh–“but the flesh profits nothing”!.
The greatest mistake which he made was not to seek reconciliation with our God of Love, instead of committing suicide–it is now too late for him because there is no privilege of Life, in Jesus Christ, on the other side of the grave SUICDE IS NOT THE ANSWER!
People, what we need to do, when we are going through storms or tough times, is to identify with our troubles–whether it is through our own cause or the cause of someone else or something else against us.
When we have identified and acknowledged the cause of our suffering, through a contrite and humble heart. faith goes into play to bring God’s attention to us–God is Love and Love is full of mercy and compassion–peace and joy is the “Spiritual tranquilizers that God uses to motivate calm and healing in us–physically and mentally. Hope becomes our driver, right into harmony and serenity with God–hope does not fail us–for it is from God as well
Take it from me, for I always speak or write through personal experience–otherwise I would not know what to say–I do not depend on human wisdom and philosophy; Holy Spirit is my teacher, He is the Greatest of all.
So sad he tok his own life. God forbid if he really did the act, he should be able to face the fact.

People there is no difficulty in this world that cannot be dealt with by the Power of God in Love.
What you need to do is to carefully identify with your troubles and not deny what you are suffering–by your own cause or what someone else or something else has caused in you
God will know about your acknowledgement–if it is humble and contrite –; and by faith His Mercy and Compassion in Love will begin to flow from your conscience– which is now alive– this flow will enter your mind, which will then nurture the fruits of peace and joy
You will not feel the peace and joy of Love, for it is all about Spirit, but you will know that you have it, because regardless of the storm in your Life, you will continue on the go, with the hope of deliverance from God. And hope does not disappoint

Not only D/ca that is cursed, if it is. It appears the entire world. This situation has been ongoing for the longest time.
The Canadian government has made it illegal to rape and commit other such crimes against children and women. If reported, the authorities do not hesitate to arrest and charge them and sentence them to prison for their crimes.
Parents must caution their daughters of all and ensure that especially those who are underage are not left alone.
