In the spirit of Christmas, Laura’s Day and Night Nursery hosted a “Red a White Ball” at the institution on Monday.
Manager of that nursery, Laura George told DNO that the event is being held for the first time this year.
“Other years we always do our Christmas parties with our parents and children, but this year we just decided to do it different for the children,” George explained.
She described Monday as a day of fun.
“It is just a whole day of fun since Christmas is a time for sharing, so today it’s just their last day to have fun,” she said.
George stated also that the children will be presented with a small token from the Daycare and gifts were placed under the Christmas tree to be handed over to them on their way home.
“The children are very excited and some of the parents were looking forward for it too,” George noted.
According to her, at Laura’s Daycare, “we always try our best to serve our children at the best of our ability.”
“It’s not just sending your child to the Daycare, we do other stuff. We do take part in Early Childhood Month, we host fun raising activities, we go on picnics, field trips…we do a lot of stuff with our children,” George said.
Best daycare ever.. I can guarantee you that your child is well taken care of at this day care… so beautiful.. merry Christmas aunty Laura, aunty juliette, Sabina and the rest..continue doing a great job.. God bless..
