We are so good as a people yet we do not see the qualities we carry as Dominicans. I am proud when i see our natives excel and can show the world what we are, and the good that our beautiful island posses
I want to say we need to acknowledge the skills of poor people , especially the youth, and give them the opportunity to grow and feel wanted in there home place, look at these persons doing well I want to see them home, well have a job and can feel proud of there achievement ,than just saying yes , that is good and after two three days it is all done and forgotten. That is the role models we need to hold and let them be examples of the coming generation.
To many time we lose our self esteem and forget the roll we as Dominicans play in it development, as a people strong and free.

I want you to fell proud and say yes we can, and stay and work for a better Dominica, but policies and incentives are a major factor to the development of a people . To many time we as Dominicans loose out, and I have said that many times, everytime we are losing our productive force, and that is bad when every one that is specialize after a period of time working in the private sector, the public sector, have to leave and say we are going out there for a better pay or because it is better that is a lost for a country , it will take another five to ten years to have others specialize and leave so it continues, we seek greener pastures and that is some thing from day one, we always go out and give the service when we at our best and can develop the skills to our people.. I want a better Dominica where these persons who have achieve will not think out there have more opportunities. give us the incentives the growth engine where we as Dominicans can say yes my salary is good I am happy I can feed my kids I have help, the bank is flexible and easy to work with so I can create my own employment so many small things can make a difference to our beautiful country waiti kubuli.
