no what was wrong with my comment you didnt post it.. i didnt curse anyone .. i didnt defame nobody character.. no foul language.. i simply stated that flow is doing good enough because they are absorbin all the expenses it take to put on shows like this at the price they charge.. and people are still complaining..in an already doomed economy where private business owners hardly make profit yet still they find they energey and funds to give us a little show and we being ungrateful …

Honestly this is just a waste of time and money. Flow you need to invest the money you get from your top up income into getting a good TV package for people to compete with Digicel play. The CITP is just another avenue to party and have young people partake in activities that add no value to their lives.

Amen bro. They have money for this but when you want service or have a complaint there is nobody in Dominica and you have to talk to an operator in Jamaica and some of them don’t even know where Dominica is. I don’t know where Flow flows but it is stagnant in Dominica.

Creole in the Park used to be an fun, diverse and cultural all day family event. Now, like everything in Dominica, it seems, it has morphed into the standard post sundown drink and jump up. There is hardly any properly supported, diversity of culture on this island any more. Everything has turned into poor quality, homogeneous dross. And as long as there is rum, no-one cares.

Could not have said it better in my Humble opinion. Boy we are being played, Manupulated, Baited, with all sorts of inuendoes, bottom line! Top me up###. Check it out while its hot, and drink a Kublie while wining on a woman. D/A we like it so.

Creole in the Park is quickly loosing its cultural relevance by becoming just another boring jam session.

      October 7, 2016

I understand what you are saying. But this is what happens. LIME puts in something “culturally relevant” such as jing ping dance groups…..the park may not even be half full because the people don’t come out to support our culture. It’s sad…but that’s the reality.

WCK die hards get your facts before you speak and complaint and spread propaganda about why your band is not at an event..If keith did not file a law suit against Lime and its manager for having OBP on the show the second time all would be fine today..oh and by the way didn’t u notice “wck” cast is still on just minus keith..figure it out

:?: I’m not interested and have never been interested in neither CITP nor WCMF! But I can openly and honestly say that when it comes to selection of bands, musicians and artists, the choices have been very poor and not of international standards except for the choices of a few classic artists like Nasio. All i’ve seen for the most part is a recycling of so-called artists. Too much of the same, only for the young lost souls to jump and wave, wine their behind!!! All the other music festivals in other islands are doing better with the selection of artists! This island called Dominica don’t seems to get it in anything!!!

Please give a suggestion when making comments! Some of you people are full of it! You first of all cannot please everybody, secondly Creole in the Park is for local bands, thirdly as I said in the beginning give suggestions when commenting instead of just blowing hot air! Please and thank you!

      October 6, 2016

Dear Justice please remember or be mindful that the CITP is an explosion of LOCAL art and craft cuisine culture and music. LOCAL means local bands. So including a foreign act is ONLY a plus to the patrons.

    • October 6, 2016

The only problem I see here is you. If you say you are not interested and have never been interested why make a comment or even look at the line-up? I believe you have serious problem my dear and need to check yourself. STOPPPPP hitting on the general public for your short comings.

I I I I, well its not all about you, you is not the only person in Dominica, the try to please everybody and not just you, anyway its young people thing now, you old and soon park so stay in your house, so what you think, when you don’t support and not interested, the show wouldn’t go on?, i bet you it will.

well well your comment has 23 likes and 23 dislikes thus far so i dn=ont know what to think about that…but anyway all i can say is that we have to push for our local artists so they too can become internatiional and include the international artists as well so we can have patrons from all over

just remember nothing in life will please 100% of the people. For those of you who will come to complain about the line up, remember we can’t get a bunch of large artist every year. They cost money. And when they do decide to bring those big artist and have to raise the price, ya’ll gonna complain about the price too.

So be grateful. I still believe it will be a great show because Dominicans generally know how to set a good party mood.

The Line up not flowing at all. It gets worse every year and more expensive at the gate. Maybe $15 if not $20 this year.
