Regional artiste from St Lucia, Ambroise “Ambi” Joseph will be the main feature at the first ever Fete Antrizle “Mas Pan De Beach” event scheduled for Sunday, February 7.

The 27-year-old is known for his popular song “Ramen” which has been a hit on the airwaves in recent time.
Joseph who is currently on the island told Dominica News Online (DNO) that he plans to present a full concert to patrons.
“I feel very welcome, I feel great…On Sunday at Antrizle you could expect a lot from Ambi, a full concert and it’s not just about the ‘Ramen’,” he said.
The artiste who has been in the music business for just about six years has already produced over 50 songs.
He is encouraging young music artiste to remain focused.
“All they have to do is keep their head up, stay focused, keep out of trouble,” he noted. “If you really want to become a musician remain focused and ask the gather to bless you.”
His message to revellers is to keep their weapons at home during the Carnival celebrations.
“If you know you’re coming to a fete, you coming to enjoy yourself, don’t come in a fete to look for trouble,” Joseph warned.
Meantime, Co-founder and Manager of Star Family Entertainment, Paul Baron told DNO his team is hoping to bring a new experience from an entertainment perspective to patrons of Dominica as well as the region.
“We already held an activity which was somewhat down scaled, a ‘Sagittarius Affair’ in December, and that went well and coming from that success we felt that we needed to do more, and of course by the demand of our patrons wanting to experience those things we felt that we will initiate a Fete Antrizle , ‘Mas Pan De Beach and that will feature an opportunity for local as well as regional artistes, to bring an exciting experience to the community and Dominica by extension,” he explained.
Inches, YDB and Mr. Gwadda are expected to perform at the event as well Headline DJ’s Versatile, DJ Spinzz, DJ Trust and DJ Flipp ThaBoss
The event will be held on the beach front at Antrizle and will generate a full day of activity from 11:00 am to 3:00 am.
From 11:00 am to 3:00 pm the event is free, however a fee of $10 will be charged at the gate from 3:00 pm to 3:00 am.
The monies collected will be used to contribute to the effort of production and also community development projects.

Now that’s encouraging news coming out of a small community. An opportunity to showcase talent, build a brand and offer much needed rural economic activity…Congratulations to the organizers, sponsors and patrons..Cheers!!
