I do not particularly like Mr. Byrne’s response but please do not shift the responsibility for bringing harm on wife and children to Mr. Bryne. It is not right or fair. The findings and rulings of the British Privy Council is unconstitutional, and is null, and void! The ruling came along when Dominica was no longer a member in the jurisdiction of the Privy Council, we had long become a participant of the CCJ!
Unless, the litigants, and defendant agreed to accept the Privy councils rulings under every and all circumstances meaning even if Dominica is not within the British jurisdiction; the execution of judgment against Lennox has become null and void!
