The BBC is reporting that the first-ever March for Science, which has been timed to coincide with Earth Day, is aimed at promoting action to protect the environment.

Humanist,yes God created the earth in 6 days.But science/medicine yet to create a single thing.If they are so powerful let them cure people without using what God has created.
By the way the people still die and you will also die,and the same God will have the final Say.
Why not turn to Christ before death.?
Man did not create the planet,they cannot destroy it and it cannot be saved by man.God is the creator and keeper.These scientists have said there is no God.They are passionate of the gift (planet earth) but hate the giver, God Almighty.

So sad a people matching in the wrong direction…The correct way to match is: Towards the CREATOR (JEHOVAH) and only then will we see any meaningful changes…

What makes you feel you got the answer by suggesting marching towards a creator call Jehovah will bring meaningful changes.The problem at hand is not about marching. We humans beings have neglected our responsibility of knowing our divine inheritance, that is knowing our true nature of who and what we are, such knowledge is our salvation.
God created the earth; not science. Who are these people? These people must be godless. They may have been paid for this.
Science is not correct in everything; maybe some things. Furthermore, science has its place apart from God and vice versa. They try to place themselves above God.
Believe some things about science but not everything. Whatever the findings of science, people still get sick and die. Science is not more correct than God. God gives scienctists the intelligence. Do not place science on par or higher than God, the Creator and Ruler of the universe.
Better to have a match for God and for He is right in the world. His Word is true. He is faithful and true. God deceives no one. In the end science will not be judging anyone. God will judge everyone, no exception scientists who think they are greater than God. He will judge those scientists. So why waste your God-given allotted precious time in marching for science and its approval.
God created the earth in 6 days? People pray to god, and they still get sick and die. Science/medicine, has done a lot more for the human condition than your God.
Our Lord, IS the master scientist – all the knowledge that man has Our Lord gave it to us when he created us in our mother’s womb. Our Lord IS the master of all profession in one.

Oh yes? You are a humanist and I expect nothing better from you. Have you ever read The Lives Of The Saints? Many Christians attest to what God has done for them what no scientist could ever have done for them.
God gave us a free mind. He will not touch it. He allows people to do as they please. The free mind will either save us or condemn us.
As I stated, in the end you and the Scientists have to face God for your judgment. This is the bottom line, the be all and end all of it all. There is nothing you, your beliefs and words can do about that.

Do you know how silly it is to label the creative intelligence God a scientist. Do you know what a scientist is – A scientist is a person engaging in a systematic activity to acquire knowledge that describes and predicts the natural world, wow is this the nature and characteristic of God.
If God has given us all the knowledge, how come you cannot even accurately know who and what God is.

That message in the photo is weird. Since when is science (from an absolute standpoint) necessarily true? A large part of science is really people attempting to figure out the things/phenomena which they encounter around them – things/phenomena which were already going about its business just fine before science came along with its plethora of experiments, explanations, conclusions and ‘susceptible-to-change’ theories.
