We the real children of the most high GOD need to pray earnestly for the people of Nepal especially for the many that do not know the true and living GOD. I know it’s a time of disaster but when they keep using their ancient temples to call on gods and goddesses, that’s problems .
Yes! and while some will say it’s nature,it’s happening all over the world.
GOD is the one who controls it all and could permit it, even if it’s to turn mankind around.
I pray that they take heed to such a calamity, turn around and seek the one and only true living GOD.
JEHOVAH the great I AM …
For their gods and goddesses will never be able to help them nor save them…

What a disaster! At this stage, the death toll is over 2,500. By the time some others are found from under the rubble including those who were badly injured and succumb to their injuries, the number may rise higher..
Those who escaped with their life and no injuries are extremely fortunate. Why some were killed, some injured and nothing happened to others, is a mystery.
Disasters always remind me of what St. Paul said:

1 Thessalonians 5:3 – …When people are saying, “Peace ad security,” then sudden disaster comes upon them, like labor pains upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape…

Of course those who are not Christians and also those who are not well-versed with Holy Scripture will not comprehend it. The meaning is a simple and clear one.
Help is on the way. The US pledged and is sending help. The Canadian government pledged a few millions.
It is as I previously stated, governments have contingency funds to assist during times of disasters and where needed.

He said when they ran outside, they saw “a wall of ice coming towards us,” and heard the cries of sherpa guides shouting for people to run for their lives.–News article

This is a very sad situations, and we should give thanks to God that some people involved were able to “run for their lives” In times like today we, people, should stop taking Life for granted because we are Mister BIG, Misses BOLD, and Mamzelle BEAUTIFUL.

Just imagine that Mount Everest–the highest mountain in the world–is part of this tragedy; how much further can it get, before we all are shouting out to God–Have mercy and compassion on us–but did He not show us that mercy in the first place?

However the worse is yet to come as the Message of Life in the Bible tells us about the Great Tribulation and how those of us who are caught in it will react. Reade it below:

At Revelation 6: 15–17, John tells us “And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

People of the world who remain in their physical body at the return of Jesus, will suffer the torments of fear and trembling, to the point that they will beg to be freed from their own body –but this will be no way; for Jesus’ return will bring with it, the change of our human nature –to stop physical death.

Even if Mount Everest should fall on them, physical death will be no more–but staying in the body will be much, much, worse; except that God’s Elect will not suffer–are you one of us? The time to know is now!

Liz, I do not believe in your religion, but of all the people of faith who post in this medium, you seem to articulate you beliefs and clarify the tenets of your faith the best.

It is a sad situation. We never know when a disaster will strike.
I just heard more than 1500 people died so far. I expect there will be more.
    A Google executive also died.
May God assist those who are injured.
May the souls of those who died rest in peace.
