The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday made marriage for same-sex couples legal nationwide, declaring that refusing to grant marriage licenses to gay and lesbian couples violates the Constitution.
The landmark ruling will produce the most significant change in laws governing matrimony since the court struck down state bans on inter-racial marriage almost 50 years ago.
The majority opinion in the 5-4 decision was written by Justice Anthony Kennedy.
“No union is more profound than marriage, for it embodies the highest ideals of love, fidelity, devotion, sacrifice, and family. In forming a marital union, two people become something greater than once they were,” Kennedy wrote. “As some of the petitioners in these cases demonstrate, marriage embodies a love that may endure even past death.”
Nobody who sees the larger picture and has an understanding of homosexuality and the pathology it is
will advocate for same sex marriages.

The high court effectively legalized same-sex marriage in all 50 states in a 5-4 ruling Friday.
“My religious convictions will not allow me to in good conscience issue same-sex marriage licenses,” Davis said. “And I don’t want to be discriminatory toward them, or anyone else, so I choose not issue a marriage license, period.”

Both sets of the Scriptures were based on Paul’s advice to the Church to walk in the “Spirit” hence he showed them the difference between their Lifestyle of the Spirit and their simply existence in the flesh, for the flesh is mortal–meaning Lifeless.

We are stating this on behalf of God. Christ has no body, feet, no hands on earth but our own. We are to be his ambassadors and stand up for what is right. It is an obligation, a mandate from God. Yesterday, 38 tourists were murdered while sunbathing on a beach. There have been ISIS attacks on 3 separate continents this week. 30 Christians were beheaded on a beach in April. The Judges of the Supreme Court of the USA have ruled that any law that prohibits a State from issuing a marriage license to a same sex couple violates the American Constitution.

What about a law that prohibits them from issuing a marriage license to a father and daughter or a brother and sister? The laws against same sex marriages are in the same category.
When the Supreme Court ruled that laws against same sex marriages violate the Constitution they are taking statements in the Constitution out of context and misapplying them. They are applying statements in the Constitution to situations the founding fathers of their nation never intended them to be applied to. What about the laws that forbid marriages between a father and a daughter, or a brother and a sister? They have taken statements in the Constitution out of context and misapplied them to situations they were not intended to be applied to. There is nothing in the Constitution that would give equal rights to people to marry those of he same gender. There have always been laws that forbid people to marry certain ones. Born in Dominica and moved away almost 30 years ago, i have to say that i feel sorry for my Dominican´s everytime i come back home to visit, Dominican´s are so backwards they have no clue whats going on in the world. Just because most of Dominica´s are christians does not make the hole world christians. They forget the fact that we read about the priest of the catholic church molesting boys on a daily basis, they never say or do anything about that.

The American Constitution does not allow for same sex marriages. The men who gave the nation its Constitution did not intent anything they said to be applied to same sex marriages. The proof of this is seen in the following facts:
(1) Such an abomination was unheard of at that time in hiastory and not even discussed.
(2) Same sex marriage would be contrary to everything they believed and practiced regarding marriage at that time.

1) Many gay people are attracted to people who play the same gender roles as them–masculine men with masculine men, femme women with femme women, etc.
2) Even if what you had argued was accurate, it would not invalidate the obvious fact that same-sex attraction is attraction to *the same sex,* meaning people with certain genitalia. If a cisgender male plays a gender role more normal to that of women in a particular society, that does not *make* him a woman; he is not transgender. So your entire argument is not simply based on false premises but would be illogical even if its premises were not false.

Minors, by definition, cannot give legal consent. Therefore, it is logically impossible for paedophilia to be legalised. Moreover, while it is clear that consenting adults can have normal, loving, healthy relationships with each other, is anyone seriously advocating that vulnerable immature children should get married? These things are NOT equivalent.
As for zoophilia, it is all the same–non-human animals cannot speak, much less give consent. Therefore, it’s not legally or morally possible for it to be marriage…

A woman who is a proclaimed lesbian is the leader of the Ontario Provincial Party. Last year the election was called and she won overwhelmingly.
I told a few close friends that I will not vote for this Party and that a vote for the Party is a vote for her. Now she wants the young children to learn about sex education and same sex relationship and marriage. Some parents are protesting at Queens Park which is where the provincial government offices are or hers for that matter. Many people are not in favor.
I told some I have no guilty conscience for I did not vote for her. I am a Christian and would never vote for anyone who is in such a relationship.

A lot of you do not understand the US constitution, the supreme court does not make laws. Laws are made by congress. The US government is made up of the president, congress and the supreme court. In the way there is what is called, “checks and balances” read between the line for the meaning. When congress passes a law, the supreme court has the right to review this law and make sure that it stands with the US constitution. This gay marriage law is based up amendment 14 of the US constitution which gives every individual their right to choose and the freedom to do so. The supreme court merely interpreted the 14th amendment into its decision. The court did not make the law. Please educate your brain, you will be much better off.

The old testament has clear mandate for the treatment of women as chattel and property especially as spoils of war. Animals are unable of giving consent, in the terms that we define as consent as it would uphold in a court of law (in a case of sexual assault for example). Underage children also are not eligible for giving consent since society deems that they are not at an age at which they are able to make such decisions.
Now go ahead, completely disregard the importance of consent in this issue. Religion is like mental rape so it’s no wonder religious people seem to have a problem with that whole concept being of utmost importance.

There is nothing romantic or loving about two men buggering each other. It is raw animal lust. In the animal kingdom there is no morality or sense of right or wrong. Among animals sex is a matter of instinct.
It is generated by bio-chemistry and a sense of smell. This is the way God made them so they will reproduce. They show a certain care for their offspring but compared to human beings it is short lived.
God has something greater for men and women. In humans it is the Creator’s plan that a sense of romance and the feeling of love should be part of the reproductive process. This gives parents the love for their children that carries forward into the years to come to raise and care for their families.

There are many people who think they are genuinely married because they got married in city hall and allow some pastor of some church to marry them. They are approved by the US or any government of a country.
I have considered how many people there are who are not married in the eyes of God.
