Congrats to All. I have no doubt that with people like Glen, Ken, Gerald and Philip, the DFA will forger positively ahead. When you look at these key figures you can see they have the right attitude. Their general behaviors and deportment says its. People do not only look at you on a sports or football level but they way you behave on the streets and on the job tell a lot and O have no doubt that they will make a positive difference. Attitude is what counts and these men have it.
Proud of you guys. Gerald keep it up Bro. Dominicans proudly embrace you and your commitment to the task.

My only comment is how Carlisle is from Pointe Mitchel has nothing to do with Warner but he is the one voting on Warner’s behalf.
That’s the same Carlisle who said he has no benefit in DFA but this is left to be seen. This is the same Carlisle who criticize the PM for bringing people to vote and saying its illegal and unethical. This is the same Carlisle that talk about unethical behaviors in the police service. This is the same Carlisle that talk about corruption.
Carlisle you have lost all your principle in my mind and your have acted contrary to all that I thought you believe.
    Very disappointed in you Bro.
Not withstanding that Congratulation to all the elected members and to the other participant please make your contribution in the interest of Football.,

Congrats to all the elected members but this was a poorly written article. This article was clearly written with a view from Glen’s team. Is it only Dexter Ducreau that’s a newcomer? Michael Bigjoe Joseph, Joffre Faustin, Christina Sobers are also new comers and won their place on the executive. I love the set up of this executive i believe some dead weight has been lifted and i hope the old heads give the fresh young blood the opportunity to make thing happen.

That sounds like a competent team. My only disappointment is with Phillip White. When you’re involved in sports/politics……organizations voluntary ones in particular, one has to know when to call it quits. Its a shame for White that after all those years, that is how his tenure ends!!! Good luck to the Executive.

This was just like a general elections campaign the person with the most resources will win. In addition like the elections, some of the candidates showed up in full blast only because of the elections. But i have another thought the president and the admin person should be two different jobs. The president should be a volunteer from a club, which should rotate every year …. like normal annual clubs. and the admin person should be hired like a normal job suited for people with qualifications. If it were not for the funds applied to the president…trust me no big fan fair would go on. Just a thought

While I congratulate Mr. Ettienne, I would like him to look seriously at the coaching staffs of our national teams. If they are not successful ,they should be fired!! New coaches with new techniques MUST be hired. There are too much friendship when it comes to sports in DA. No more kicking the ball down the field and hoping your teammate gets it. Just saying.

Seems like it was a democratic process. Hope everyone who did not vote for the President elect will accept the results and give him room to preside instead of trying to fight him at every turn.

I’m so glad you won Glen. Dexter Francis only wanted to look out for himself. He told a friend of
mine that when he was President he travelled a lot and lots of extra money. I’m so glad hardy anyone voted for him and hope he never comes close to the DFA again.

The people have spoken and if this their wish so be it. Just one observation. Mr. Etienne is also an executive member of the DOC. Is this a possible conflict of interest, assuming he receives two remunerations? I hope that the game of soccer in Dominica can move forward in a positive way now and that there is no harking back.
