Goodwill Primary School is the new champion of the sports division and National Bank of Dominica primary school girls football competition.

In the final played in Castle Bruce on Wednesday, Goodwill Primary beat Woodfordhill Primary School 2-1 on penalty kicks when there was no change in the 0-0 even after extra time. Goodwill had earlier defeated Sineku Primary School 1-0 in the first semi-final match with the lone goal coming from Adalia Esprit.

In the other semi-final match Woodfordhill Primary beat W.S Steven 4-0.

Goodwill Primary placed fourth in the boy’s competition this year.
