Twenty to represent Dominica in regional football qualifiers

dno sportsA 20-member squad has been selected by the technical staff of the Dominica Football Association to represent Dominica in the CFU U-17 Boys Qualifiers in St. Kitts & Nevis from July 20th – 24th.

Dominica is placed in group one with Cuba, Barbados and host country St. Kitts & Nevis.

The squad is captained by Marcellus Bonney, with Kiano Martin as vice captain.

The rest of the squad reads: Denzel Bedminister, Dante Peters, John Gregoire, Perry Charles, Durelle Maynard, Derwin Jno Baptiste, Robert Humphreys, Nelson Maxime, Starel Seraphine, Zion Emmanuel, Yhaddi Reid, Fitzroy Benjamin, Shermanie Graham, Kiivel Dorival, Jerimiah Timothy, Randel Coipel, Andel Laville and Jerrel Laville.

The technical staff reads: John Joseph – manager, Stanton Seraphine – head coach, Lennox Walsh – asst coach, Melvin Angol – goalkeeper coach, Delroy Watt – fitness trainer and Thora Robinson – medics personnel.

The boys from the nature isle will play their first match on July 20th vs Cuba at 4:30pm.

Their second match will be against host country St. Kitts & Nevis on July 22nd at 7pm.

The final match will be on July 24th vs Barbados at 4:30pm
