Is there anything in place for Dominican ladies to aspire to make the West Indies team? “They Say” every thing should start at the school but nothing is being said or done between the “schools” and the cricket association to discuss and fast forward the process for us to get another like Pearl Ettienne on the West Indies team. She was natural talent like Annette John, who was an ace fast bowler.
Now is the time to give the young girls the opportunity.
The cricket association, you have to rally the relevant stakeholders, and do something now to enourage and help our girls to develop quickly and stop the “Sports Politics” and the administrative squabbles.
