
A missing person case has been reported in the Virgin Islands, involving Dominica-born 45-year-old Shandon F. Anselm, who is also known by the nickname “Bubbles.” A Virgin Islands Police Facebook post described Anselm as a Black male with locs, standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds.
It also shared that the disappearance was brought to the attention of authorities on September 2, 2025, when a family member visited the Virgin Islands Police Station to report that they had not seen or heard from Anselm since Saturday, July 26, 2025. He is known to frequent popular local beaches, including John Brewers Beach and Coki Point Beach.
Details about his clothing at the time of disappearance remain unknown. Law enforcement officials are urging the public to come forward with any information regarding his whereabouts.
