The May 27 1997 Jarell Texas tornado was an F5 with 300 MPH winds, the winds were so strong that the only thing left of homes was the concrete slab. The wind even pulled the asphalt off the road and pulled septic tanks out of the ground. Large steel 30′ dumpsters were crushed like a can and some were never found. People were missing and their bodies never found. Tornadoes started early this year Tornado season usually starts in May.
