Lindel Williams, Dominica’s Former Deputy Labour Commissioner, has died. Williams passed away on Tuesday after spending several weeks at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital
Reports are that Williams suffered at least two strokes and never fully recovered.
Williams worked in the Ministry of Labour for many years before he retired
The Fond Cole native was also a religious leader
Williams is survived by one daughter, Sabina who lives in the United States of America.
In 2014, he lost his only two sons, who died mere months apart.
A few years later, his wife died.
Williams, according to close friends, will be remembered for the love and support he showed to his congregation and those who came close to him
