The Government of Dominica mourns the sudden passing of Mr. Martin Joseph, the long-serving groundsman at the Government Headquarters and the Financial Centre.
A post from the Government of Dominica Facebook page describes Martin Joseph as a beloved member of staff, “whose friendly disposition endeared him to us all.”
“He took great pride in his work, tending to the grounds with care and dedication,” the post said. “His loss is deeply felt across the public service, particularly among the staff at the Government Headquarters and the Financial Centre. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.”
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
