Algernon Charter

The Prison fraternity on island is mourning the death of retired superintendent Algernon Charter.

Charter served as Superintendent of the Dominica State Prison for many years.

Dominica News Online (DNO) extends condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of the late Algernon Charter.
