
Tyron Jarvis, male 40 year old of 83 Hillsborough Street, Roseau/ Massacre and Co-Proprietor of TJ’s Enterprises, was remanded into custody at the Dominica State prison after being charged with the murder of 47-year-old Arthur Bozel of Goodwill, who resides in the United States of America (USA).
According to reports, Javis appeared before a Roseau Magistrate Court on Friday, February 20, 2026, where the charge was read to him.
He was not required to enter a plea since the offence is an indictable one.
The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has commenced investigations into the circumstances surrounding the death of Arthur Bozel, male 47 years old of Goodwill, who resides in the United States of America and was on vacation in Dominica during the Carnival season.
According to previous reports from the police, Bozel was shot by Jarvis on Sunday night (February 15, 2026) on Independence Street in Roseau.
The matter was adjourned to May, 2026.
I hope he gets the maximum penalty because too many useless killings and too many lives being taken.
