We the people,you are another UWP ignorant Jacka.SECTION 38(1) on page 46 of The Constitution of Dominica says:
The Electoral Commission shall be responsible for the REGISTRATION of voters for the purpose of electing Representatives and for the CONDUCT of elections of Representatives and Senators and shall have such powers and other functions relating to such registration and elections as may be prescribed by LAW.
SECTION 41 page 48 of The Constitution of Dominica says:
Subject to the provision of this Constitution,PARLIAMENT may MAKE laws for the peace,order and good government of Dominica.
So the electoral commission work is cut out for it by the constitution.It cannot go out of it’s boundary unless approved by the majority in parliament.The vast majority in parliament is Labour,with Roosevelt Skerrit as Prime Minister.
What part of the US you live?If you really did you would know very few people living in the US go to Dominica to vote.Here is something,ahole.In the US there is something called SECTION 8,the state pay rent for you on contract.Hundreds of Dominicans receive food stamps from the state.In Dominica the government give it’s citizens $250,000,$300,000 and $400,000 houses and appartments FREE.There are no food stamps in Dominica.2,700 senior citizens who never paid DSS are now getting $300 monthly.In the USA where you live thousands of Dominicans live from hand to mouth,in basement or 2×4 rooms.There are more single Dominican mothers in the US.More amputees,more Dominicans on drugs,more Dominicans in jail.There is a far better togetherness amoung Dominicans than there are in the US.You you fight,undermine and betray each other like pigs.The green apple is not green,you are working like slaves to build another man’s country.You will NEVER be an American,branded on your behind AFRICAN…
All of these labourites sounding like fools in those talk shows. Call it that – a DLP talk show. I would not be surprised if these people are being paid to attend and talk the nonsense I heard last night.
I mean what authority does the Electoral Commission have to issue a National ID Card? My God this is like asking NBD for a Debit Card when your account is at the Republic Bank.

Skerrit has never won an election in Dominica because he has used our passport money to purchase every damn election. So all that blabla about Election reform consultation and bringing down observer missions to witness his deception makes everyone look stupid. If Skerrit was using the money he is wasting on electoral reform consultations on a rehab center for all the young boys that have become paro the last 20yrs that would go a long way in building a better Dominica. Look, when Skerrit wanted to legalize ganja did he have consultation? Pastors, priests, bishop and evangelist did he come to your churches for consultation? Did he go to the schools for consultation? Did he even go on the block for consultation? We talking about something that was going to legalize weed, guns and money laundering because all of them go hand in hand. I really don’t understand why Alibaba and his forty thieves spending so much money and time on Election reform consultation. Who is he trying to impress ? Is he trying to suggest that he bought the observers he brought down and they just all have to pretend as if what we seeing and hearing is legit? Look, Alibaba the world knows you are corrupt, you are deceitful and teeth. Everyone around you including your past and present ministers know you by your rightful name. Man I leave in the US but have bank accounts in both NBD and credit union and because I didn’t transact my account within a year they both became dormant and I had to come with my ID to activate what is mine. So how the heck you expect people that never came to DA in 5 yrs to just come and vote for you and go back next day with cash…
