The Observer Mission from the Organization of American States (OAS) which is in Dominica to monitor the general election held a press briefing for the media today.
The Mission is headed by former two-time Prime Minister of The Bahamas Perry Christie,
In the following statement which he made at the press briefing earlier today, Mr. Christie highlighted unanimous agreement among stakeholders on the need for electoral reform in Dominica.

Yet the President of the country, who is supposed to represent the voice of the majority sides with the corrupt cabal and not the people. Poor puppet emperor Charlo you have been found out. You are gutless and weak. You allowed yourself to be used by the Freedom party against Patrick John for which you received an extended so-called vacation in Brussels where you achieved nothing for Dominica. Then you allowed yourself to be used by the pied Piper. History will record that you were one of the best followers in the history of Dominica. No stakeholders object to electoral reforms yet you don’t give a hoot about what concerns the stakeholders of the country. Your performance in the office of the president is akin to a dog chasing his tail, selfish personal gain

What sense all you making??? So much report, so many recommendations and Skerrit still doing what he want. All talk all you talking nothing not changing.
All you just dere for show! How much years how many different groups coming and right in all you face dead people on the list, no ID, outdated system. A set of self important people talking big talk but cannot effect change.

Wrong, there is at least one person who objects to the principle of electoral reform, and that person is the CM. By the time Electoral Reform will finally be enacted in DA, it will be too late. By then, Skerrit would have found a way around it. He has got another massive majority and he will use that to create a political structure very much like the one we have in Russia under Putin. All you mark my words, the signs are there to be seen already. All he needs now is TIME. This sham election gave him that time.
