One of the biggest problems in Dominica is that there are too many misfits and in critical positions throughout the public service.
I say this in all seriousness. In any other jurisdiction throughout the region, A numbskull like Valerie could not attain a higher rank than constable. Melissa Peponne and Media Paul could never be MPs because of their low level intellect, not even an entry level academic qualifications for ordinary jobs.
My point is simply this. Too many public servants are unqualified for the positions they hold due to political favouritism. Dominicans all over the world are pushing above their weight. But any outsider looking at Dominica would easily think that the country is an intellectual desert.
Mr Valarie and others need to get a very urgent message sent to them and others

You conveniently kept away the videos of your ill disciplined, badly trained police officers abuse of the law Valarie. Why Valarie. Are you the same Valarie that was always talking about using brute force on Dominicans? Are you assuming that you are addressing a colony of fools? Why was an elderly citizen slapped and knock out semi unconscious by the police? Why were your ill disciplined officer pelting stones at protestors? What level of training those fools have? Why at every opposition gathering the most ill disciplined officers are the ones present?
In other words Dumb Valarie is saying whichever law or bill liar Skerrit is taking to parliament just let him do it, and shut up. If the liar says he does not want an opposition party, stay home, let Skerrit pass the law in parliament, no meeting, no protest, no demonstration, just shut up.
Folks anywhere in the world where you have a rogue government in office, it must have a rogue police force or army to keep it standing.
Anytime Salisbury and Marigot people get vex they block the road, with no regard for other DOMINICANS that have a right to use the road. The development of Dominica is not all about Salisbury or Marigot and their selfishness, all Villages/constituencies in Dominica have their challenges .
