This brilliant specimen of a bird referred to locally as the Jaco Parrot seems almost eager to have its picture taken striking a perfect profile pose.
This species of bird is also known as red-necked parrots or under its scientific designation as Amazona Arausiaca not to be confused with the indigenous Sisserou parrot (Amazona Imperialis).

The rest of the parrots were kidnapped after hurricane Maria, who took them, who made money from their kidnapping. They were kidnapped from Botanical Gardens.Bring them back home today.
