Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has extended condolences to the family and friends of the late Elias Dupuis and 18-year-old Tyrell Baltazar who lost their lives during the Easter weekend.
Dupuis died following a drowning incident at Titou Gorge in Laudat on Monday, April 1, while Baltazar lost his life as a result of a motor scooter accident on the E.O Leblanc Highway on Thursday. March 28, in the vicinity of the Pottersville Savannah.
“Let me join in extending condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Elias Dupuis on his untimely passing earlier this week,” Skerrit said during a press briefing on Friday. “I extend special words of comfort to his cousin, the secretary to the cabinet, Miss Careen Prevost as well as you the members of the media fraternity who would have collaborated with Mr. Dupuis over the years.”
He continued, “He was a bright, promising talent who worked at the Electoral Commission as information officer and most recently as investment promotions officer at Invest Dominica Authority.”
Skerrit said his thoughts are with the wife of Dupuis, their son, and immediate family who have been devastated by his passing.
“May God’s comforting grace be with you during this period of grief,” he stated.
He added, “May his soul rest in eternal peace.”
Meanwhile, Skerrit also wishes a speedy recovery to 15-year-old Sherquan Seaman of Upper Gutter, the friend of Baltazar who is recovering from injury at the Dominica-China Friendship Hospital (DCFH).
“I want to extend to his father and mother our special regards and of course our thoughts and prayers are with them,” Skerrit stated.
What I surmise from Skerrits utterings that both of this families are committed Skerrit supporters. May I ask the Not So Honourable PM what he said to the family of the person that perished in a RTA caused by the Not So Honourable PM‘s son. Infact has he returned to Dominica and if so has he been questioned by the Militia. What a rotten and corrupt state Dominica has become under the leadership of this shady character.

What about the family of the boy that your son killed in the accident? What about the case? Did you simply send your son overseas immediately after the accident to avoid justice and his day in court? What about that family and that case Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit?
Whenever I see certain people and hear their utterances John 10:10 immediately comes to mind:

A Destroyer that has destroyed Dominica
And on top of that we all know that he (Satan aka the devil)Jesus says

A caring prime minister would not only express condolences for the many Dominicans that are dying under his watch but would work hard to see what he can do to help more people survive especially from conditions that aren’t serious.
A caring prime minister would try to convince reputable Dominican doctors and health professionals in the Diaspora to come to Dominica to help us. But instead he is getting rid of our experience doctors and bring in foreign doctors that don’t speak our language or understand us.
So it’s clear the man is not concerned one bit about the many that are dying as long as he can redeem himself at a press conference to sound good by expressing condolences. I would much rather have a prime minister that’s concerned about our welfare than one that is not but is quick to express fake condolences and spend thousands for the funeral especially the happy hour but zero on care and medication to keep people healthy and alive. …I can fly my family abroad when they sick but what about you? Hmmm
But when you are a country with one hospital and no medicine why should the prime minister expressing condolences not make news? By design or not? Come hasn’t that been the trend since Skerrit became Prime Minister and became friends with China? In fact it started nine months after Rosie Douglas became PM followed by the Pierro which paved the way for Skerrit and China to become friends.
They then demolished PMH, got rid of our senior doctors and replaced it with their China/ Skerrit hospital with their foreign doctors, and from there on three times more Dominicans die every year than birth of Dominicans.
So people dying here like flies and especially our young men as if Satan, whose mission Jesus described in John 10:10 that came to Steal, kill and destroy really busy getting rid of our people one way or another. By the time Skerrit leaves office seems like Chinese will takeover Dominica without a war because the trend is clear. So PM keep expressing confidences
Roosevelt should express condolences to the families of the deceased without invoking name of Ghe does thisod. There is no godliness in this man. He commits blasphemy every time.
Roosevelt has literally surrendered his soul to the devil. He is more about theater than sincerity.
