Auto Trade personnel promise user-friendly interface, rewards and more with new App

Auto Trade Limited has officially launched its mobile App, a revolutionary platform set to transform the automotive landscape in Dominica. The Auto TradeApp was launched during a special ceremony held at its office located in Canefield on Monday.

Acting General Manager of Auto Trade Limited, Alice James, who was delivering remarks at the ceremony said this achievement speaks to its collective spirit of innovation and the company’s unwavering commitment to provide exceptional customer service.

“With this App, we are taking a leap forward in changing the way our customers interact with our brand and access our services,” she said.

James continued, “Through the App, our customers will experience a seamless and convenient way to explore, purchase and service their vehicles.”

Furthermore, she revealed that the App goes beyond the vehicle purchasing phase, “it will be the customer’s companion throughout their car ownership journey, by providing personalized service reminders, the ability to book maintenance, and connecting them to our customer support team.”

“We want our customers to feel a sense of confidence and assurance every step of the way.”

James went on to state that the App represents the company’s commitment to embracing the digital revolution in the automotive industry.

“We understand that the world is changing rapidly and technology is the driving force steering it,” she stated. “By embracing this change we are positioning ourselves as pioneers, setting new standards in customer experience…”

Customers as well as non-customers are being encouraged to download the App via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and experience a new level of automotive excellence.

Meanwhile, Senior Marketing Officer at the Marketing Department of Auto Trade Limited Iodelle Chantal Charles-Winston explained that the App is a user-friendly interface, adding that “customers can create their personal profiles.”

She said also that customers are allowed to add their vehicle information.

“We also allow you to choose the agents the customer is dealing with, so it makes contact easier,” Charles-Winston explained.

She indicated that customers will be allowed to send test drive requests.

Also, they will be offered points, rewards, and special discounts.
