Leader of the opposition Lennox Linton has shown a security recording at a live public meeting that exposes an earlier video as a fraud.
In what Linton referred to as a staged and fraudulent setup to put him in a bad light the video had depicted a suitcase which some insist contained a large sum of money being placed at Lennox Linton’s residence.
Linton, at a public meeting on the Bayfront tonight showed a video of a caucasian man entering his yard and dropping off a black suitcase on his doorstep but leaving with it.
There was also another video with the same man repeating the act but instead leaving the suitcase on his doorstep only to have another caucasian man yanking it off Linton’s doorstep moments later.
The Opposition leader’s home is protected by CCTV cameras both inside and outside.
He also showed proof that the incident was happening at the same time the UWP was on the bayfront during the launch of one of its candidates. The video provides evidence that neither Linton nor his wife were home at the time.
The UWP claims that via their investigation they have found evidence that identifies the men as British nationals that the UWP alleges were paid by the Dominica Labour Party to carry out what Linton called “mischief” during the elections.

I have only seen glimpses of the two videos but I do not follow what all the excitement is about. If the issue was that nobody had come to the gentleman’s house and someone had created a fake video to suggest someone had done so I could understand the rejoicing.

Anyway the “security shot” doesn’t match any position in the video. So I guess the guy came back to pose for the shot. How he carried the bag away in the video is nowhere close to his body positions in the video.

The pic contain the gentleman with grey suit does not match the video showing him retrieving the case. In the pic, he is on the top step in an odd position (like mission impossible) but when I looked at the video he simply retrieves the case and quickly leaves. The still photo of the grey suited man (the apparent photographer of the videos circulated by them on social media) is a frame from the home security camera during one of those video “takes”. The obvious reason to show this pic is that it has a clearer view of his face.

This lie is as big as “way de money” lie. The CBI (selling passport) began long before Sherrit time. DFP never had audited financial reports, and never mentioned it in the budget, neither did the uwp in their one term government. Lennox never mentioned such a report in the almost 5 years of his chairmanship of the public accounts committee. Now he comes out protesting about de money missing with his voodoo math.

2. No one checks their camera footage every day, unless, there has been a break-in or other reason too.
3. About doctor Sam and any other Dominican, its the resources of the state and not DLP or skerrit that assists anyone.
On another note, Linton has a reason to accuse the DLP of a conspiracy, there are recordings or 3 ministers including the honorable PM on their political platforms making their accusations.

First of all the DLP, with PM Skerrit, at the top, has full confidence that they are going to win the next election–I know that too. PM Skerrit has always ignored the demands of the UWP, which are always rude and uncalled for.
