Indeed, it would be far better if they offered a delivery service with on- line payment and bookable slots.
The handling charge is a negative and small minded. Yes it is a cost but on the other hand the supplier saves on direct store costs and gets paid in advance. Then there is the free promotional exposure if the delivery vehicles carry the business’ slogan. Idea is good but needs to be revisited.
PS. Think also about including medical supplies in your offer, prescription as well as otc.

You must be a member of the Nassief Clan. What is this site about. It’s not an e-commerce site, one can’t pay by card and how about delivery??? But instead they charge you a $2.00 handling charge before even start to ‘shop’. Perhaps the owner of the business should have a look what a proper e-commerce website should function. What I see here is simply an inventory list of FF warehouse.
