In short, what I heard from the press conference is what they did not say but to sum up what I understood from them is Dominica has a lot of laundry to wash and therefore there is a big need for more washing machines
I watched a portion of the ‘press conference’ then turned away. It was mostly an exercise in futility. These people applauded themselves several times for having the country in economic crisis and social upheaval.
They sounded just as I expected, like sanctimonious bandits. What was most disappointing were the stenographers who were serving up soft, cotton candy questions. Where were the bona fide journalists to ask the probing questions.? The whole event was just a pathetic exercise.
I wonder what brought that on? I guess the pressure is building… drones, ccj defeat, missing CBI money, etc.
