FBI AGENT you are another JA like TELEMAQUE.A recommendation was made.Do you know what recommendation is?The Prime Minister is following the LAW.The same LAW you won on in 1995.Skerrit does not have to follow or implement any rcommendation. There will be NO electoral reform BEFORE election, and there is NOTHING,OAS,OECS,FBI,US or your BOSS favourite,INTERPOOL can do.

IAgree with JOSEPH JOHN,if UWP know they are going to WIN the next election, why the demonstration? Any man who TURNS his back on his country when it was DESTROYED is a TRAITOR.Any man who put’s his country in BADLIGHT like LENNOX and the UWP are TRAITORS.

A very dangerous precedence set by Lennox Lintclown and his bunch of unpatriotic followers. If lennox think that his tactics of dividing people will get him elected, he has another think coming. Independence celebrations is to show true patriotism not for politiking. Can you imagine if by a miracle UWP get into power at the next election that labour party supporters will forget what the opposition did? Independence celebration should be aimed at unifying a nation but unfortunately the opposition has set a new precedence for division. I hope they remain in opposition for a long long time, so that our future celebrations will not be ruined.

On 3rd November, otherwise known as National Day, all Patriots should attend with placards and T-shirts protesting. While the one-man rogue regime prime mistake is giving his address, the crowd should boo non-stop as a protest. The entire so-called independence celebration should be used to protest!!! No relenting!!!

Don’t you all learn?, the last time you people tried that, I am sure you remembered what happened. The biggest crowed ever on record at the National Parade.

Linton should tell Dominica what he will do if given the chance, properly articulated and detailed plan. Don’t come and say we will continue A and B, if is continue all you want to continue.. then why should we change what we seeing for what we may see?….

” Nuetral Voter “, all of the things you said we should have been doing on Creol day, we did all of the above and more, family, friends, culture, etc,we did it all.
What you are not mindful about is that your country is slipping away from you without you knowing. In other words ” you’re walking with your eyes close”.
Be real and become a patriot, stop depending on those cool out and be a productive season.
Join the movement to save your country. We have an open door policy.

Neutral Voter. you are not neutral at all.you know you are a labourite stop with your nonsense.this was a perfect time to have a meeting, as a matter of fact every day of the festival should be politicking day in Dominica until Skerrit is out of office.some of you people do not even know you all rights and strengths.people like you still looking to put skerrit back in power to bury Dominica, and is the same set of you people who keep going to skerrit office to beg handout. Anybody who is working hard in Dominica for their own money would not continue voting for skerrit, seeing so many persons going to His office to beg for free Money while you the working man is there working hard. BY THE SWEAT OF YOUR BROW YOU SHALL EAT BREAD. so when people talk like that in defence they are not neural at all.where is skerrit at this time of independence? skerrit must be out of office immediately.none sense man.I can say the same because I am not voting I am not in Dominica but my interest is there.

If this kind of behavior doesn’t convince Dominicans what selfishness and jealousy are doing to a man, who wants to be our Prime Minister, nothing else will convince them.

I mean the man is speaking Godly Love and unity, while he is grounded on the desire to keep the people divided. What does God and unity means to that man? And his followers, who claim to be educated, are “labeling” the rest of us as hypocrites.

On a day that Dominicans come together to celebrate the discovery and civilization of our Nation, that man finds it in his heart to break up the unity, which has to be the “essence” of the celebration.

I say that, that kind of behavior is beyond “madness”. The wickedest word in the World cannot describe it

Elizabeth, tell me when last you communicated with anyone in Dominica via telephone, or on a bit of cheap writing papa, or in a E-mail and consulted on what is really taking place in the country.

All you do on Tombery Street in North York, is sleep all day; get up at night pick up some crap on face book and then jump on DNO and spew venom as if you are so informed.

Have you forgotten you are a christian?

People like you simply  pave you way to hell!

Lizzy, your nonsense doesn’t resonate with any intelligent or sane minded person. Attributing anything related to God to Skerrit is blasphemous. You and Skerrit richly deserve each other. Both of you use God’s name to endear the weak and unsuspecting to you. Your behavior (Skerrit & you) is more akin to satanic worship.

You’re having a parade on national day? What form of crazy are you? There is a time for everything under the sun. But creole day is not a day for such. Creole day is a day for togetherness, Oneness, family time, love and culture. What you should be doing to win the hearts of the people you aren’t. What you’re not supposed to be doing is that what you’re busy with. You’re fighting an uphill battle. Show the people that you can be one with skerrit on this day. Show the people you are cultured. Anyhow it’s your war

Total Nonsense! You can have a protest on any day especially if your cause will redound to the benefit of the nation. This argument about National Unity on Créole Day is just a Red Herring. For 364 days out of 365 per year, there is intense political division and disunity in Dominica. This thing about showing unity on Créole Day is a misnomer when the very next day after, the country immediately returns to its usual intractable political mayhem. Does one day that make much of a difference? What we should have is national harmony and tranquility throughout the year. This is impossible when the incumbent regime lies, cheats, discriminates, victimizes then ostracizes a large swath of the population. Use your feet and your voices, my people, to effect positive changes. Don’t be deterred by the silly arguments of the oppressors and their very daft supporters.

      @Neutral voter
Yes there was in fact a beautiful creole day parade on creole day with citizens dressed in creole outfit, and armed with their national flag of all sizes which were waved all along the route, and intermittently during the large gathering. It was the biggest event on Creole Day, peaceful, democratic and patriotic! In fact it was so peaceful that the police did not even show up at the Bayfront..
It called for a clean voting process and free and fair election, the backbone of our democracy..!
I applaud all those who thought of this brilliant idea!
      Wow!!
      Great event indeed!

What a tribute!! I was moved to see Dominicans of all the social and political spectrum marching peacefully along the narrow roads of Roseau to vent their feeling for electoral reform. They were displaying their democratic rights as enshrined in the Constitution. The present regime has outlived their time and no matter what bibery they may entice the people with and taking the present state of Dominica into consideration, I am convinced that with cheer human capacity ,they will not be able to take Dominica to its next phase of economic and environmental development. What legacy is the DLP leaving behind ? Is it a Dominica of a divided People? The DLP could have used Maria to unify the country but it used the fate of nature to split the Nature Isle of our beautiful Dominica.Governments come but are expected to go .We need new leadership to enable Dominica to a new direction in the caribbean and in the international world. :)

  15. PM in trouble
    October 25, 2019

Good job DNO! After the turn out of today I have no doubt that on the 3’rd of November 2019, Alibaba will be delivering his last National Day address. It will be his out going speech because the way I see things unfolding he just MUST GO, win or lose, election or no election, reform or no reform. If there is election reform UWP will win at least 13 seats though they must not take anything for granted. If no election reform the OAS, the Commonwealth Secretariat and Caricom will not accept the results which will cause them to sanction Alibaba and his forty Thieves until they resign. Like the psalmist David said, no matter where they make their bed trouble will follow them even if the go to hell where they look bound to. I bet you that Ian, Austrie, Blackmore, Blackmore, the very greedy and corrupt lady from the Paid Voucher constituency will be among the first ones to flip on the EVil Roosevelt Skerrit, who was sent to Dominica by Satan and hell

  16. FBI Agent
    October 25, 2019

PM is under a lot of pressure and he has no choice but to give the reform. Infact is only reform that can cause PM to serve another term. He knows he stands a zero chance of surviving without reform, even if he wins. Without reform he knows if he wins the OAS, Caricom and the will not recognize his as PM and sanction will be put on Dominica and members of his cabal and he knows with sanction on DA he will not get loans from the world bank and other international financial centers. Apart from that his personal assets in the international world will be frozen as well as those that would help him violate international orders. So he must give reform because that’s his only hope. Forget about the hundred days he spoke about as it is nothing more than him trying to see if he will not cause the opposition to bail him out, by taking matters into their own hands. If he say he is a man tell him to announce election on 3rd November! I hope Tony has not testified against him in the US

Wow people really serious man. To hear the threats of the police commissioner and knowing it’s the opening night of the festival I really didn’t expect more than 25 persons to attend. But I was so wrong and really PM had no choice but to give the people election reform. I so red that even my eyes red but the crowd I saw today is clear that the people are no longer afraid of the kings command, just like the three Hebrew boys weren’t.

Ken Peters that is not so. Ken what a tangled web we weave when persons seek to decept others saying that “I was moved to see Dominicans of all the social and political spectrum marching peacefully along the narrow roads of Roseau to vent their feeling for electoral reform.” Why did your leaders dresed in national attire on the same day as the others dresed on creole day for the parade of the schools & National attire. Ken you and your people please stop this – taking pictures in the midst of the crowd so u will fool those who are not here. Hey we are fed up of your nonesense. Your people and dem was only demonstrating, walk out etc. So now u manipulate others by shoving words down their throat & infiltrate to deceive those out. Remember these guys posing in an out of Creole day’s parade to make u & others think that the people in the Creole attire parade turned out to protest for electoral reform. DNO, u and all those promoting shovers attitude thinks that support only

    You mean the jail??

Vent all you frustration and keep suffering from lost of power syndrome

And mark my words you will get a commissioner of inquiry

  20. The Truth Be Told
    October 25, 2019

DNO are u serious? National Kweyol Parade for Electoral Reform?

What deception is this or am I in Mars? I never heard of such. I know there is always a national parade of Creole outfits. Why confuse persons. Now Creole mixed up with Margee! I heard of a demonstration but not of any creole parade for Electoral Reform. Now I see you as part of the problem and not solution. I also know that permission was not granted for the demonstration by those persons who seemingly do not like country. DNO garder ou. What is this and make sure you print my comment. This is madness!

      Good Job DNO…!!
There was no deception. In fact you are deceiptful (not DNO) in believing that and spreading the false notion that there cannot be a Creole Day parade on Creole Day.
Well the news is that this was the biggest gathering on Creole Day, and the most peaceful. Flags were raised, people were in national wear, people are national cuisine too.
Are you not ashamed of all the Carbonmonoxide you emitted before the event? Go bury your red head now!
      Whey is di money?

      October 27, 2019

Sir, do not blame the messenger. DNO is not the one who decide to disrupt the celebrations with a protest march. They need to be congratulated for exposing the uwp unpatriotic behavior stunt for publicity. The present danger, start a disturbing of meeting trend. The shoe can be on the other foot. They have held demonstrations in front of the DLP HQ, Election Office and government buildings, So it can be tit for tat.
I have not heard of DLP holding demonstrations and matches and interruptions of any kind against the uwp. But this can change anytime, DLP are not too nice to retaliate. But DLP are getting tired of turning the other cheek.
All these unfair accusations and lies will harden hearts and then motivate retaliation. It is natural to defend yourself when you are under attack constantly.
DLP will not go down like Leblanc and Patrick John without fighting back.
Lennox can do mind control of some uwp’s , but like wild animals they will turn on him soon.
