to gain any ground the opposition party whoever it may be must do the following
1- advise the people of Dominica who they have, that will bring da to another level in the terms of
a- investments not by cbi only, but by getting foreign person/company to invest long terms in da on the following
tourism small or large scale
small scale argro processing
small scale manufacturing
b- creating employment long terms and not depending on cbi funds
c- improvement of following
c1- education
c2- health care program
it appears the pm will want to remain in office for another 20 years….but in jesus name…this will not happen…by this time Dominica will belong to China…and he got a get of dumb acolytes just kneeling to him because of money…he gave them a huge raise…so the are bowing for him….such foolish people….this man is evil….full of greed

I like Pastor Rodney! He speaks truth to power. He brings clarity, passion, precision to the salient issues affecting the country. He is a true patriot and a fervent disciple of the Father.
While Pastor Rodney takes his message of truth and hope to the pulpit, many other pastors only take their robes and clothes. Bravo Pastor Rodney your legacy shall be one of potency.
A clean and fair electoral system is at the heart of our democracy. Without this dictatorship, autocracy, totalitarianism, bad governance flourish.
Why do the people have to fight so hard for free and fair elections? This should be a given since every political party or candidate would contest on a level playing field. No one will have an advantage. Why is this such a huge problem to the Roosevelt led DLP?
Only a dishonest, corrupt, unscrupulous, dictatorial regime will fight tooth and nail to accept unbiased and just necessary changes to the electoral system.
Corruption in government is a cancer that erodes democracy and cheapens the lives of the citizens.

I don’t think Sunday evening is the best day for a rally in Roseau. People from the people drive to work Monday to Saturday and to drive back up for a rally Sunday evening is very taxing with expensive gas and otherwise. Rally of this magnitude would be more effective during work days around 3, so workers could join after work. When you are young you are inexperienced and mostly ignorant so you are most times taken advantage. While young people are aggressive and energetic they get used alot because of their inexperience. They are called upon to leave their place of birth to go build another man’s country and leave theirs behind not knowing that what ever they build will never truly be theirs. They are told where they were born and raised is no good because of politics and politicians. But are happy to be in another country think they are only working for themselves while intact they are working against themselves, all for money. So your politicians not good change them or join them, fix things. I may not change any minds here because money comes first but am old enough not to get fooled by anyone and to know that my country first which is also putting myself first.
I swear humans are the dumbest thing ever to be created. They complain about their country being under developed yet still they leave it to go to countries that are way more developed and still expects the country they left behind to become develop. If there was something so special about all you why would all you leave, why didn’t all you stay here to develop all own country? Why didn’t all you go to countries with less development than all you own to prove that all you could make it better? It clearly shows that all you ran away because of greed, money, better pay, that’s all. Are you people aware that your country can’t develop without you? These same people are quick to criticize but could do nothing to fix it. Now for the people on island who complain all the time why don’t you fix it since you all so know what to do. Nothing good comes easily. In agitating for electoral reform, people must be prepared to lose sleep, their freedom, be subjected to vicious verbal abuse by diehard supporters of the wicked and sinful ruling regime.
With this current regime that suffers from a huge deficit of integrity and honesty, fair and sensible electoral reforms are unimaginable. Only the almost entire force of the citizenry will bring positive electoral changes.
To gather momentum for electoral reforms, the challenge is to keep the movement moving from strength to strength. There is power in unity and there is power in numbers. Massive turnout of the people is vital for change to be effected.
@ Ibo France, Electoral reform only how the UWP and its local supporters together with its overseas agitators want. The proposed legislation is much better than what has existed for the past forty plus years. The only interest that UWP has in electoral reform is to increase its chances of winning, while in office they attempted to change the boundaries in the Petite Savanne and Grandbay electoral district to increase their chances of winning in Petite Savanne. The DFP did change boundaries while in office to increase its chances at the polls. The current DLP administration in its 25 consecutive
years in office has never ammended the Electoral boundaries. UWP brought in overseas voters, they moved voters around, according to Aljezeera they had a plan to sell diplomatic passports to unknown individuals for 400k a piece in order to finance their 2019 election campaign, if you have forgotten ask OJ or David Bruney…
The Commonwealth, CARICOM, OAS and the judges of the CCJ all recommended changes to the electoral system.
The electoral system in Dominica is so corrupt that if the Labour Party put a dead animal to contest a constituency and paint on Labour in red, it will be elected to parliament.
Even you Putin who cannot even manage a pig pen will win your seat as a DLP candidate.
