At the end he contends “if Sparrow say so, is so!” These are not the days.
Education belongs to whoever craves it.

What is he (they) talking about in reference to some UWI global campus? As far as most idiots may know when the term “global” is applied, it denotes the entire occupied world!
However, since the inception of the UWI in 1948, we don’t know of any international campus except that existed in Mona Jamaica, Cave Hill Barbados, St. Augustine, Trinidad, and approximately three (3) years ago they opened a branch near the village of Five island in Antigua.
Now there are some foreign students who travel to study some disciplines, but even at that credentials obtained from the UWI are not accepted and recognized internationally: i.e; in the United States only California recognizes UWI, I know at one time, I don’t know if the State still recognizes them.
But this crazy idea about global campus only exists in his mine!
I challenge that man to direct me to UWI campus anywhere in any of his campuses in England or the rest of Europe, America and Canada, or meddle Eastern countries, which is…
