Yes Dominicans are always willing to help others. Keep up the good work. After every storm there is a calm. God is in the midst.
this is tepical dominica a little rain we need the rain, thos are shower of blessings, so let it rain.that why we have all the rivers , and streams , so let it rain.
One thing I admired about Dominicans, is that in time of disasters there always are quick to help a neighbour…..
It’s gonna be good after all that heavy water…. Hey… God in the midst of all that…He watches over his people… We must consider ourselves lucky… Take care guys… luv you all mma people… You are in my prayers ….
Good to see citizens helping citizens…. That’s was what occured in the past… Unity is great… and dat’s what will keep us as a people… God is love… He takes away things but he’ll save his people… The calm usualy oocurs after the storm… so please don’t give up hope…
Thank God the people that was stuck in the house got rescued…
National Day of service has already started, that is cool.
Everyday should be a day of service
Happy to see the unity, thats what makes Dominica (DOMINICA)

Everyone else already said what i see…DOMINICANS are the most loving, caring people on planet earth..no matter what we help each other in time of need and thats why our island is so blessed. Because God rewards us for the good we do for each other…keep it up
you see people my comments get a lot dislikes but i say it like i see it…i may be wrong at times……what are they doing?seems futile to me…seem like they should get out of there….looks at all those river rocks…i mean did they build that house in the middle of the river?
Tiny was right. The river could have easily covered them, besides the water level did get way above that level seen in the photo, so that’s real negligence if you ask me.
dominicans give me a break, you all sound like this is something new in dominica, dominicans are the most loving, most hospitable people in the world,in fact the most of every thing good you can think about, some of us just going through a bitterness phase right now,but you see dominicans look like people that like war,DA people more like their carnival and good times i love my people.
Praying for everyone
My prayers are with you
Now isn’t that the best thing?! Awe, how i so love to see this rather than the constant fighting. Dominica is a blessed country despite those who constantly try to give it a bad name. Maybe we need more natural disasters for us to come to a realization.

That’s what it’s all about; Dominicans helping Dominicans. I love this!
Don’t worry, with our resilient spirit and by the grace of God we’re going to get through this one too. Blessings to all.

that’s the dominican thing….. no matter what’s our personal relationship… we always seek to help in times of need
Nice to see people still care and help each other in hour of need. God Bless Dominica and its people. Keep Strong
God has intervin and we must be thankfull for his help, the persons whom are helping are senders of god, he did not have to use persons in authority to do, therefor, we need to contune to work together and the progress will move on. BE POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!
