omg, u dommies in cans have no sense of tact and clearly DO NOt know what the fashion world is about because of y’all confinement to one place…………fashion/modeling is not suppose to look cute or pretty. true modeling and fashion with photo shoots always look edgy and wierd but that suppose to be the point. when you all are given the opportunity to see the world out there and how things operate, then you can have bias comments, in the meantime, do not cry down an individual who is just trying to do something she loves, something that some of you can NEVER do! and in the meantime, get to the program and realise the bigger picture out there, thats why most of u have no sense of fashion and only those who do, can understand the concept. there is always room for improvement in everything that one undertakes, but I have to applaud the young lady for her efforts thus far.

It’s an okay pic, but to be a model you need a beautiful smile. A face is a little too serious in those pics. Other than that, she has the body and looks to be a great model.

Nothing is wrong with her style and background, everything don’t have to be perfect for it to be a great picture.
It’s like “crazy tiles” they are not laid down in one whole format, they are broken up before laid down.
Or if you want to consider it similar to abstract painting.
That style of photography is an art by it self, and right now as you read contrast is the in thing. Contrast is an eye catcher, it grabs your attention, and by the looks of it, I can see it grab yours.
So I hope Kalista is happy, the photo is doing the job it was meant to do, you definitely going to remember it (photo) or her, which gives her the power. Just imagine if she can generate that kind of attention (negative or positive) on the big stage, she’ll be a hit and in demand.

Have you guys ever looked at America’s Next Top Model??? If you guys would just THINK…………the model is simply the subject of the shoot. Clearly the ‘vision’ is NOT ‘hers’. The director CHOSE to do the shoot in the streets with a cop vehicle in the back. The director also, directed her to do an ‘unusual’ pose, the shoot is extraoridnary, and NOT the typical ‘evening gown at a dinner table’ as you guys wish it was. Some ppl shyt out their mouths because they’re narrow-minded and ignorant to think out of the box!
my dear to be a top model the shoes are also wrong.. you need heels to elevate your short legs to make them look taller to the person looking at you… you need to look in the mirror and get your best angle for taking shots…. hopefully we can see better pics of you soon, but these two shown won’t get you bookings take my advice

We need to realise that the purpose of putting up pictures is not to criticize it but rather to appreciate it. Constructive comments are good but is there really need for the negativity. Some of us who know nothing about photography take it apon ourselves to disect the photos, but could we do any better? And most importantly what is our reason for posting the comment.

With every picture there are usually positives and negative. The pictures are far from perfect but i think it is a good start.
The composition of the photos lack animation and her pose really is kinda stiff. She should be the main focus in the photos but instead the cop car is the focus of picture number one and her face in the second photo is much too tense.
Not perfect…but a good attempt. Keep going for the sky.

Wow!! What has this young lady ever done to anyone who have written negatively about her? Is that the manner in which you all would encourage your children/family? Well, I hope this young lady is strong and confident, because I know how discouragement can hurt dreams given I was the receipient of it career wise and did not believe and, today I am enjoying my career. So, this note is directed at this young lady and anyone who have been spoken to negatively either directly/indirectly, take all the negatives and see them for what them are, the measure of the lack of confidence and opportunity that some people do not have and so they lash out in all directions without thinking. First off i’d like to congratulate you on following your dream with that said…
It’s not bad but try another pose that compliments your assets more as in the first one you seem to look like you bowlegged (no offence but it’s my opinion) You seem to be a very attractive young lady who has all the characteristics to make it (Physically), so don’t stop use facebook, hi5 and all the other social networks to get some feedback from your pics and choose poses which highlight your strengths and mask your weaknesses also location can be helpful beautiful scenery which matches your clothes is very helpful for you to get initially recognized. You could try getting a beautiful background and standing out within it as that is helpful. Finally get a GFX editor for touch ups to really make it shine as no final piece comes str8 from the digi cam.
