Submissions can be accompanied by a brief profile and contact information of the photographer. Submissions will be published in the order they were received. Photos must be taken of Dominicans and things Dominican.

    Street lights do in fact come on at the time, 6 o’clock standard time, i’m guessing its 7 here. Haven’t you notice how bright it is at seven lately

    This was done with a good camera and the lens was left open for a while.
    street lamps do not come on in this amount of sunlight.

    but all in all i must say it looks quite beautiful

    well admired
