oh pls stop criticizing. i grew up in the country side n i once experienced my dad’s cat n a rat eating together fr d same plate on the kitchen table. they cld not be bothered even when i walked into the kitchen. yes normally the cat is supposed to seek out d rat but in that case it did not happen. n d rat was definitely not tamed. its just a pity i did not have a cam in my hand at the moment. it is possible to capture very rare moments in life. its a beautiful pic wld u pple just let it be. good job on whoever the photographer might be
@Lizavier4Jesus:
your comment is funny. This is a real lizard and real bird. They come every late afternoon to eat. Feed the birds everyday and a few weeks ago this lizard decided to join in.. It is what it is. lol
This picture is not real. Both the bird and the lizard look strange. The bird looks like it has one hind leg and the the front legs look too much shorter than the hind leg or legs. I have never seen a lizard with a tail that is part thick with a such an immediate thin end. The thinner end comes gradually but proportionately.
I have lived away from Dominica for a very long time, but I grew up there in the village. I am sure that I know what a real bird and a real lizard look like. The things in that picture does not like neither bird nor lizard.
Also, it is not possible to have a bird eating, before another object, with so much relaxation unless it was a tame bird. But those birds are in cages. That is why people put up zombies to scare them away from their tomato gardens for example. If the bird was there first the lizard would scare it away. If the lizard was there first, the bird would not stop right before it to eat like that.
And for sure, one of those two would have to arrive at that food scene before the other, and that arrival would cause an interruption. How long would the photographer have to wait to witness this posture and to snap it?
dat bird doe easy
i am tired of lizards make photo’s of the week shate man.
Without a doubt this should be the picture of the month…surely a nikon moment.

@OhOH: Sunlight?
That lizard surely does not look real. Look at the the tail part. Why would everywhere be shadowed and right in the centre of the photo is this patch of bright white.
the lizard not sharing,,,,, mr wondering ‘how the hell i’m i gonna get that feathered beast off my wall”
Where is that place?
Brotherly love. We need for Humans to behave like this
