Beautiful picture. It is not yet full but it will soon be, lighting up the darkness. Between the greenery and the branches it is a sight to behold. The wonders of God.
I recall those days when we would go on moonlight picnics when the moon was full. What fun and clean ones too with cook-up of our favorite Dominican foods and drinks. It was real fun. No TV and computer then. :)
Fellow Dominican residents do you do this today and enjoy the scenery, the peace and tranquility?
Residing in Toronto I have to contend with seeing the moon, if I do, from either outdoors, coming in or from inside. The bright full moon always remind me of Dominica.
A few times I have seen the full moon with the color of orange. It is a phenomenon which tells a story but which we cannot discern as to what it might be. I do believe that there is a reason for it and not a scientific one as some may conclude.
I went so far as to telephone a local TV Station about it. It is strange. The last time I saw it was last year. When we are indoors especially if it is dark we do not always look out for the moon.

Such calmness and beauty in contrast to the present photos of the choas caused by the sudden heavy rainfall.
