Photographers – novice, amateur or professional – in Dominica are asked to submit photos, photographer credit and caption to [email protected] for consideration for the Photo of the Day feature, daily on dominicanewsonline.com or news.dm.

Submissions can be accompanied by a brief profile and contact information of the photographer. Submissions will be published in the order they were received.

Photos must be taken of Dominicans and things Dominican. Note that submissions advertising any form of business or business activity will not be published.

Dominica News Online also encourages the submission of a variety of photos, ranging from nature shots, people shots, weird shots, interesting human interest shots, and anything ‘newsy

    Wow, Love the colors!!! Silks Hotel has been refurbished and the new colors blend in so well with the environment.

    Stopped in at Silks on Saturday on my way home (Eden on Sea – Wesley). Old school pal Julie Martin playing music, and BBQ going. Silks is just an awesome little Dominican riverside hotel, and well worth the visit…..

          :-D sweets Dominica have so much cool worsh (stone) they ain’t gonna miss. Infact hurricane season coming and is then the sea does bring all them big stone on the beach. Go around DA and see if you fine we lacking stone…lol Plus the last time I go in them waterfall a jay stone alone in my way, I think nobody would mind if you help yourself. Just get a dumper and take stone……. You not Dominican nuh? nahhh U must be from overs! :lol:

          You so right it is illegal to remove beach material from the beach and u would be charged for beach erosion. this is law
