    oh welll…..i am almost sure that the fire hydrant wz there b4 the building so yeahhh……….bt i still think the knowing that development wud obviously take place n buildings wud obviously be built that they shud have built it facing the other way…….. no one gan build a house on the road so……………. yeahhh……..

    this is a classic example of where DOMINICA is BACK TO FRONT, no where have in the world will u ever see this WHAT A LAUGH ,and as always we are on here justiying this nonsense, just imagine a fire in Roseau and the fire service is having a hard time hooking up a hose properly.Thank you Kern.

    That hydrant looks so old… ever thought that probably the building was built next to the hydrant… meaning that the hydrant was there first?

    The main function of a hydrant is fire fighting and in some cases used as a wash out. If it is facing the road especially a main road then it makes it very difficult to be use as the later function.

    Not withstanding all that am sure the property is not abstructing the use of installing a fire horse.
