@ DE CARIBBEAN CHANGE
I have some St. Lucian friends. Also know a Dominican who resided in St. Lucia. I wonder if they would like to hear that. Rest assured I will be informing this Dominican friend about it just to hear the response.
I do endorse that Dominica is beautiful and has beautiful sceneries which God endowed it with. Let us love our country and appreciate it.
Those who have excellent views and visions for Dominica should address them to the government. I always state, respectfully. It may be in time this will be feasible and implemented.
The best place on earth, if you ask me. Will be home in a few days to enjoy this, God willing.
