Dominca was featured on international house hunters, last week the epesode gave dominica alot of exposures we will be having a whole lot of foriengers buying property so my message to all is buy while you can , and build while you can,, the old notion that you have to be a domincan to buy property is fales wake up and smell the coffee smell the coffee. the politicians will sell there soul.., and domincan passport, and citezenship, too.
dominican come home while the cats away the mice will play the foriengners are buying the land fast preety soon dominica will be like the virgin island dominicans wont be able to buy or build it will be to expensive so buy now and build later , or buy now and build now before it is too late.
