Oh come on. Let us stop this stupidness about secret beach. These places all have proper names and the people in each district know very well where they are. They are not secret. They now have a secret beach at Portsmouth which was Anse Carreau. There is now a secret beach at Riviere Cirique which is Anse Mahaut at Bord de Mer. And this “Secret Beach” at Marigot which every Marigotian knows is Sand Bay and Middle Bay. Come on people. Who you think you are? Christopher Columbus with all this unimaginative “Secret Bays”!!!
Not so secret beach looks good.
The path to this beach is ugly one, dirty with a couple of waste :-( I will be in Dominica from January to March. Is there anybody to help me to make the path clear? Please …

The name of the beach is “Secret Beach” not really “secret” like no one should know about it or where it is…………….. (smile)!
That is without a doubt, Sand Bay in Marigot, right below the police station. I have similar pictures to prove it. BEAUTIFUL.

You hit the nail right on the head. I did not know this beach until a girl I dated took me there when I worked in Marigot.(Don’t ask me where-LOL). Beautiful beach and quiet place for a relaxing time with your girlfriend.

Ashamed to say I dont know 1/2 of Dominica. So will start to do the tourist thing and explore, making ‘Secret Beach’ one of our first stops.
