I love Avocados, I can taste it right now with some provisions and stew beef with a big piece of country pepper.
This should have been provided as a joint photo of the day on October 5th instead of today. October 5th was Cassava farine and we all know that farine and zaboca go together.
Good photo and good traditional food.

Wow! What a beautiful tree filled with Zabocas – Avocados. I love Zaboca. This picture makes me yearn for now right now. There are times I also eat them in salads. I have some which I purchased.
Do you know what? There is no doubt that Dominican Zabocas taste better than those we purchase in Canada. I purchase them and eat them here because I have no choice and that as I read they are beneficially healthy to eat.
