By Philbert George
There she stands tall in appearance
Her appetizing body beckoning for romance
She’s clothed with a coat made mostly of green
Tall is her body, inviting and serene
She’s talked about by many
Boastful is she and indeed flaunts that body
They come from here, there, everywhere
The lady outlives her competition by far
Come, she says, I’m part of nature in reality
Touch, she says, but please do not hurt me
She’s got feelings that you should know,
Cries three-hundred-sixty-five times a year
Cold she can be, but mostly warm
Come see for yourself, it’s just the norm
She possesses the agouti, sisserou and manicou
And that’s just to mention a few
Take time to grasp what she has to offer
Excite yourself; by all means don’t criticize her
Explore her bold but immaculate crevices
And indulge in her countless riches
Intoxicate yourself with pleasure
And take time to withdraw
Rest awhile and digest her beauty
For those are the wishes of Miss Waitikubuli

awsome poem Mr.Philbert George…great writer!! :-)))))
Is this the same Philbert Georges chap from Vieille Case? This chap was a great singer songwriter and then he disappeared.
Wow, if he is back in DA, that would be great news for songwriting again.
I think he was a blend of soft rock/ cross-over country/ R&B kinda music….almost like a John Mayer type.
Great piece of work Mr Georges.
